How can I change/cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our Team immediately at +91 98203 61923 and also email us at Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.

Incase of refund?

Time duration for refund is between 10 - 15 days. Mode of refund is the same as the initial mode of payment. The entire amount including taxes will be refunded. 

How can I check the status of my order?

After placing an order, you can view the order status by clicking on the 'Usrname' link at the top right corner of every page. From there, click on 'Order History' you will be able to view information about your order with ease.

Why is my order still processing?

This may be due to a time lag between systems. Your order will be on its way in the time frame promised. If however you would still like to check with us please feel free to email us at  or call us at +91 98203 61923

What is the 'Enquiry' option?

We order our products in limited quantities. However there are always some products that customers absolutely love. When we sell out of a certain product. Please send us an enrquiry about the product and we will let you know if we can get it for you.

The 'Enquiry' option can also be used in the Customised section to submit designs and queries.


How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

Our products cannot be returned and all sales are final. Due to customisation for most of the products we are unable to accept them back.

In case of defect please write to us at and state the reason of your return in the subject line of the email. Please also include images for our reference.

Where should I send an eligible return?

Once you have communicated with one of our Customer Loyalty Team members at and we have processed your request for a return, please courier it to the following address and please remember to use the same packaging it arrived in:

My order arrived incomplete/incorrect/damaged or defective. I want to have it fixed/return it.

Please email our Customer Loyalty Team at and we will do everything we can to help fix the problem. Please send us an image of your order and we will send it to you again, or you can get it exchanged for store credit.


What shipping method does designpataki use?

FedEx is our preferred carrier for airfreight and bulk shipping.

What does charge for shipping?

Shipping is free on a minimum purchase above Rs. 3000. For an invoice value less than that, we charge a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 99.

Can ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within India.

Are there ever any additional shipping fees?

Yes, in certain cases there could be additional shipping and handling fee if the product is excessively voluminous or heavy or if it needs special care while transportation.

How long until my order ships?

If the product is in stock please allow 48 hours for shipping. 

Customised orders / Monogramming is specially embroidered and produced as per order. Please allow upto 18 – 21 days to receive your order. 

Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same box?

Not necessarily. A single order may ship as multiple shipments in order to ensure the product is safe and handled with care and gets to you in time.

Is it possible to get shipping insurance?

Not to worry, all our product shipments are insured.



What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept bank deposits for corporates and large orders. 


Do you offer cash on delivery?

Sorry as of now we do not accept Cash on Delivery. Soon we will introduce it. 


How do I unsubscribe from your email newsletter?

You can click the 'unsubscribe' tab in the newsletter.

I forgot my password. Can you tell me what it is?

Select 'forgot password' while logging in and the system will send you a link using which you can reset your password.

How do I change my email address?

Once an email address has been registered with us it cannot be deleted. But you can mail us the email address that you used for registering on and new email address and we will change the email address for your account.
